The Secret in Their Eyes – Justice in an Imperfect World

I recently watched what is now one of my favorite movies of all time. It’s an Argentinian film by Juan Jose Campanella that won the 2010 Oscar for Best Foreign Film.

In a world of corruption and where there is nothing but a broken justice system, how can one man find comfort in the loss of his most beloved? To what extent is justice delivered by us? And how far can we go?

It’s a film rich with symbolism and meaning. And it has an ending that will absolutely take your breath away.
